All I told Fatima was “Give be a grazing table “and my word did she deliver! A grazing table that far exceeded my expectations. It was a feast fit for kings. The menu read like a gourmet event. Enticing and makes you salivate. Let the images express the visual feast it also was. Such impressive professionalism. From her set up early that early that morning, with her brilliant team, all dressed in their perfectly pressed uniforms, to clearing up after the event. It was calm and harmonious.

The catering was curated by Fatima Saleh(former caterer to Birchwood)and her team. Fatima designed a menu centred around an Indian heritage, fusioned with the influence of meals originating from Britain.

 My beloved aunty Sabera,  and Fatima words cannot express my Gratitude towards you both, you put in your everything towards making our food,  firstly, so delicious,  it left everyone's mouths watering, secondly, the presentation was outstanding and to perfection and thirdly, the talk of the town. Jzklhukhairan to you for keeping our izzat, everything was perfect from the beginning, starters, salad, main course, people got food on time, till the end, there wasn't a flaw, it was just to our perfection and left all the guests in awe.  Everyone is talking so highly of you. Alhumdulillah and many have asked for your contact details. We can't say what was the highlight of the day, because the entire function was a highlight,  in fact the Walima was the highlight of the weekend. Alhamdullillah, You were so patient with us, and was always so accommodating whenever I called you.
